Truck Technician

Job Responsibilities - Carry out all minor maintenance on CNG skids and CNG trucks - Inspect and replace oil filters,gas filters and engine oil during routine servicing - Diagnose and fix brake related issues and other mechanical faults on CNG trucks - Inspect compressor belts,valves and fittings on skids and trucks - Ensure tightness of mechanical joints and fittings to prevent leaks - Maintain daily maintenance log all work carried out - Attend to all electrical and instrumentation issues on CNG skids and CNG trucks - Inspect and maintain control panels,electrical systems,and grounding systems - Carry out trouble shooting on motors,relays,switches and sensors - Perform periodic checks on earthing continuity and insulation resistant - Report major faults or repeat failures immediately for action - Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule - Review and act on drivers checklist daily to promptly fix reported issues
