We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure deposit retention and growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to develop effective mobilization strategies and propose competitive products
• Prepare and present regular reports on deposit performance, market analysis, and treasury activities to management
• Ensure all treasury operations adhere to the bank's policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
