Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of TGM Travels, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage and process flight bookings using Amadeus and Travelport GDS platforms with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle visa application processes efficiently and accurately for various destinations
• Curate, plan, and execute group and individual travel packages tailored to client needs and preferences
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with airlines, embassies, hotels, and other travel service providers
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to promote TGM Travels' services, support campaigns, and drive business growth
• Work with the Finance team to track bookings, manage revenue, ensure accurate invoicing, and support financial reporting
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues or complaints professionally and promptly
• Stay updated on global travel trends, immigration policies, and tourism opportunities to inform business strategy
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior travel consultants and operational staff to meet performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a travel agency or travel operations role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Amadeus and Travelport
• Proven track record in visa application processing
• Experience in tour package development and execution
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Travel & Tourism or a related field
• Previous team leadership or managerial experience
