POSITION SUMMARY As the Transport Supervisor, you will be in charge of managing and resolving logistical issues that arise during transport operations, such as delays or accidents, to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Schedule daily and weekly routes. - Conducting vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness. - Report maintenance and repair needs for vehicles and equipment. - Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules, and completed orders. - Monitor and report on transportation costs. - Monitoring driver qualifications and training. - Inspecting loads and preventing overloading. QUALIFICATIONS - A Bachelor's degree or HND in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years working experience in related discipline (Automobile Industry/Dealership company).
