About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Transport Manager to oversee and optimize our transport operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive efficiency across our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the transport budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily transport operations
• Develop and implement effective routing strategies to optimize delivery schedules
• Supervise drivers and transport staff to ensure punctuality and professionalism
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and operating costs
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth logistics support
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and company policies
• Prepare and maintain accurate transport-related reports and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transport or fleet management
• Strong knowledge of route planning, logistics, and vehicle maintenance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
