Role Description: - The Transport Manager is responsible for fleet and operational performance, cost management, safety and quality performance. This role ensures optimized Turn Around Time (TAT), journey management compliance, maintenance schedules and optimum service delivery standards.  Key responsibilities: - Plan trip scheduling to drive truck Turn Around Time (TAT) and OTIF delivery. Supervise, train and evaluate driver and transportation personnel.  - Create journey management plans aligned with safety, compliance and best practice. - Drive maintenance schedules to guarantee roadworthiness and regulatory compliance.  What We Expect: - Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.  - Minimum of 10 years of experience in haulage operations, with at least six managing transport scheduling and fleet performance.  - Ability to exceed operational targets and manage large-scale fleet operations. Strong knowledge of Nigerian road regulations and vehicle maintenance.  - Strong knowledge of maintenance scheduling.  Check how your CV aligns with this job
