Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a dual role combining translation and sales support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate between Chinese and English for meetings, documents, and daily business communication
• Assist Chinese management with client relations, research, and documentation
• Support business execution including order tracking, supplier coordination, and project follow-up
• Handle assigned tasks and contribute to improving overall company efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Languages, or related field
• Fluency in Chinese (written and spoken) and English (business level)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in any industry
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure
• Cultural sensitivity and familiarity with Chinese culture and work habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration
• Previous experience with Chinese companies or translation/business roles
• Residence in Asokoro or surrounding areas

Compensation
