Transactions Processing Officer (Data Entry)

About the Role

Prince O J Global Services Limited is seeking a qualified Transactions Processing Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing transaction data while maintaining the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Input raw data into computer systems and databases with precision
• Ensure accuracy and perform quality control checks to identify and reconcile discrepancies
• Communicate with various branches, management, and Depot Officers to clarify queries, obtain missing information, and ensure proper data collection
• Follow protocols to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data, protecting it from unauthorized access
• Identify and resolve problems related to data processing operations and computer systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a related field
• Computer literacy
• Accounting background or knowledge (advantageous)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
