This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Main Responsibilities - Design and update training modules and outlines, as assigned by the training coordinator - Assist the Training Coordinator in scheduling, organizing, monitoring, and assessing training programs. - Co-responsible for the logistics and organization connected with internal and external training through: - Preparing training budgets. - Liaising with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) for the submission and approval of training. - Organizing travel itineraries, feeding arrangements, and training room equipment in preparation for every training. - Responsible for generating and maintaining training records and reports. - Assist in conducting recruitment exercises such as pre-screening, proctoring aptitude tests, interviewing, and selection of applicants. - Design and update the training plan and training modules, in collaboration with the Training Team. - Organize and update the training schedule. - Assess the competence and progress of each participant as designated by the Training Coordinator. - Post-training follow-up with assessments, surveys, and reports (to the participants as feedback to them, from the participants, as feedback to the trainers, and to the management in terms of training efficiency/coverage reports). - Organise and coordinate external training for staff in collaboration with the respective departmental heads. - Participate in training as a trainer or assistant trainer as assigned by the training coordinator. Education: / Experience - University degree in any field, however a Degree in Human Resources or Economics is a plus. - Volunteer experience outside of NYSC is a plus. Required Skills: - Willingness to learn. - Good organizational and planning skills. - Moderate Level Proficiency in Word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software e.g. Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Libre Suite, and WPS Suite. - Good analytical skills. - Detail Oriented. - Good interpersonal skills. - Articulate and convincing. - Rigorous and unbiased. - Discreet. - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team. - Teaching/Coaching skills are a plus.
