## Title: Training Manager

About the Role

Stellar Group is seeking a qualified Training Manager to lead and develop our organizational learning initiatives. This role is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training plans based on company business objectives and employee development needs, ensuring successful implementation across the organization
  • Design and deliver diverse training programs, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement, and leadership development initiatives
  • Communicate regularly with various departments to identify, assess, and prioritize training requirements
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; priority given to candidates with qualifications in Human Resource Management, Enterprise Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in training roles
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Training Manager, Supervisor, or in a related management position

  • Deep knowledge of training processes and methodologies
  • Strong course design, evaluation, and implementation capabilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
