Location: Agungi Lekki, Lagos Summary - We are hiring for a dynamic Training Instructor to lead and grow our health and caregiving training programs. - The ideal candidate must be confident, engaging, and passionate about teaching — both in-person and on camera. Courses to be handled: - Nursing Assistant - Caregiver Training - CPR & Basic Life Support (BLS) Key Responsibilities - Conduct practical and theory sessions for all assigned courses - Create short, engaging educational content (videos and posts) for social media promotion - Represent the academy confidently on camera and during public events - Support student recruitment and engagement through creative outreach - Track and report on student progress and feedback - Contribute ideas to improve training structure and visibility Requirements - Strong background or certification in any of the listed courses - Excellent presentation and public speaking skills - Must be confident, well-groomed, and camera-friendly - Demonstrated ability or interest in social media content creation - Self-motivated and target-driven with a growth mindset Compensation N150,000 basic salary monthly + commission based on performance (student enrollment and content engagement KPIs).
