Role Description
- We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join Poise Nigeria Limited in a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing training programmes, while working closely with internal teams, facilitators, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- The role also involves assessing training effectiveness, identifying learning needs, and supporting the continuous improvement of performance and development initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training programmes
- Collaborate with facilitators, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery
- Manage training logistics, including venues, materials, participant communication, and attendance records
- Monitor training implementation to ensure quality standards and learning objectives are met
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation for management and client or donor reporting
- Collect, analyse, and utilise training feedback and evaluation data to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:

- 1–3 years’ experience in training coordination, programme support, or learning and development roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in training coordination, training and development, and employee training
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective learning environments
- Experience in designing, organising, and delivering structured training sessions
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in instructional design or curriculum development is an added advantage
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and individuals
