## Title: Training and Development Officer

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Training and Development Officer at Stellar Group in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with company business objectives and employee development needs
  • Design and develop diverse training programs, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement training, and leadership development initiatives
  • Communicate regularly with various departments to identify, analyze, and organize training requirements
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; preference given to candidates with qualifications in Human Resource Management, Enterprise Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of training work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a training manager, supervisor, or related position
  • Strong knowledge of training processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in course design, evaluation, and implementation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a collaborative team approach
  • Proficiency in office software and training-related software
  • Age 25-35 years
  • Good health with no adverse habits
