## Title: Training and Development Officer
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Training and Development Officer at Stellar Group in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with company business objectives and employee development needs
- Design and develop diverse training programs, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement training, and leadership development initiatives
- Communicate regularly with various departments to identify, analyze, and organize training requirements
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; preference given to candidates with qualifications in Human Resource Management, Enterprise Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of training work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a training manager, supervisor, or related position
- Strong knowledge of training processes and methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in course design, evaluation, and implementation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with a collaborative team approach
- Proficiency in office software and training-related software
- Age 25-35 years
- Good health with no adverse habits
