Training and Business Development Consultant

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Victoria Island. As a Training and Business Development Consultant, you will conduct training needs analysis, design and coordinate training programs, and consult with clients to develop tailored solutions. You will leverage analytical skills to solve complex business challenges while contributing to relationship building with clients, enhancing their organizational efficiencies and strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and actively seek new business opportunities by promoting training services through various channels
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes tailored to client needs, focusing on enhancing skills and organizational performance
• Conduct research to identify trends and training needs, and develop training proposals and marketing strategies based on identified needs
• Utilize marketing strategies to maximize enrollment in scheduled courses
• Update course materials and ensure timely availability before course commencement
• Coordinate and actively participate in training programmes
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients
• Gather feedback from existing clients to enhance current training products and develop new ones
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
• Provide technical support to and collaborate with other units of the firm and with clients

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field (minimum grade 2:2)
• A higher degree or relevant certification is an added advantage
