## Title: Trade Development Representative

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Fintech sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
