Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate tour packages, itineraries, and travel experiences
• Manage client bookings and ensure smooth tour operations
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, and service providers to secure best travel arrangements
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries professionally
• Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies for tours and destinations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in tours, travel, or hospitality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems (advantageous)
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and proactive approach to work
