Tour Specialist

Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Specialistat GIGMTravels in Lagos. - The Tour specialistwill be responsible for organizing and arranging guided tours, providing travel and tourism assistance to customers, managing reservations, and driving sales in the travel industry. Job Responsibilities - Speaking in public to people with various levels of English comprehension - Good time management and a high degree of organizational ability - Solid knowledge of local points of interest, along with accurate information about the attractions being visited - Soft skills relating to people management and the ability to keep a group together on trips through unfamiliar locations - Experience in organizing and conducting guided tours - Knowledge of travel and tourism industry - Strong customer service skills - Ability to manage reservations efficiently - Sales experience in the travel industry Requirements: Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of local attractions and tourist destinations - Proficiency in handling travel-related software and systems - Fluency in multiple languages - Previous experience in a similar role
