Ticketing and Reservations Officer at HT-Limited

Position Summary

Assist customers in planning all aspects of their corporate and leisure travel by helping them reach their destinations via the best routes at the lowest cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer flight requests and make reservations promptly
• Process local and international hotel requests
• Advise clients on all available options including competitive fares, best routes, and airline rules
• Manage corporate accounts effectively
• Check daily queues and manifests
• Handle ticket reservation, issuance, and reissuance on Amadeus or Sabre systems
• Provide excellent client relationship management
• Perform any other assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in a reputable IATA certified travel management company
