Thrift Collection Officer at Bernoulli Farms and Food Limited

About the Role

Bernoulli Farms and Food Limited is seeking honest, reliable, and hardworking individuals to fill the position of Thrift Collection Officer. You will be responsible for collecting daily or periodic thrift savings from clients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely remittance of funds while building strong relationships with contributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect daily/weekly thrift contributions from assigned clients
• Issue receipts and update client records/passbooks
• Remit all collections promptly and accurately
• Register new thrift contributors and mobilize savings
• Maintain proper records and submit daily/weekly reports
• Follow up on inactive or defaulting contributors
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
• Previous thrift collection or sales experience (advantageous)
• Ability to read, write, and calculate accurately
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the local area
• Ability to use mobile phones or POS devices (where applicable)
