About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic Therapist to lead in-person consultations, workshops, webinars, and wellness programs, representing the clinic and engaging with clients, communities, and corporate audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in in-person consultations, meetings, and client discussions
• Facilitate mental health workshops, seminars, and webinars
• Represent the organization at corporate and community wellness programs
• Collaborate with our virtual Nurse Practitioner to support public-facing programs and educational initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of all workshops, events, and engagement activities
• Contribute to planning and execution of wellness initiatives
• Conduct occasional follow-up therapy sessions for patients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in mental health education, workshops, webinars, or public engagement
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual clinical teams
• Membership or licensure with Nigerian professional bodies (e.g., NPA, MRTBN) is a plus but not required for this non-treatment role

Work Schedule & Location

• Location: Lagos office (fully in-person role)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Occasional evening and weekend sessions for webinars or workshops
