Required Qualifications: - Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team effectively - Proven experience in Operations Management and Terminal Operations to ensure efficient workflows and processes - Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and maintain satisfaction - Experience in Training and upskilling team members to meet operational standards and drive team performance - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency - Ability to work on-site in Abuja and maintain a hands-on approach - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Previous experience in terminal or transport operations will be an added advantage
