Purpose of the call for tender - The purpose of this tender is to solicit for competitive biding for the Rehabilitation of Communal Latrine (2 Stance Latrine and 1 Stance Shower) at Gwoza LGA of Borno State - General Condition of Tender. - Tender Timeline Description   Date Party responsible Notification for call for tender 14/01/2026 UNICPF Deadline to Access Tender Documents Bidders   Deadline for tender submission Interested Bidders Tender opening  UNICPF and Submitted Vendors Evaluation of Bids UNICPF Notification to successful/ unsuccessful bidders UNICPF Signing of Contract UNICPF and successful bidder  Compliance Vendors to be considered will be those that comply with all government and donor regulations as UNICPF will only engage with Vendors who meet the regulation such as tax clearance of the previous year, Vendors who not involved in Fraud and Terrorism etc. - Other selection Criteria.  - All tender documents must be filled, signed and stamped on each page. - Quotation must be on Company’s letter head. - All Bids must be submitted to UNICPF office located at Beside Armani Event Center, Argungu Street, Damboa Road, Maiduguri, Borno State not later than at 4:30 PM. - All bids must be sealed in an envelope with instruction not to be opened on or before , The name of the tender with code should be written on the envelope. Soft copy documents are not allowed. - All unsealed and late bid will automatically be disqualified - A means of identification (ID such as NIN, driver licence etc) of any member of the company should be include in company’s profile - All company with expired tax clearance will be disqualified. - Bids will be evaluated on the following criteria but not limited to; price, quality and delivery time. - Company must show evidence of previous experience in delivering such work. - Companies in Borno are strongly advised to apply.
