Job Summary

The Teller will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling cash transactions with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service, strong numerical skills, and adherence to internal control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other over-the-counter transactions
• Verify cash amounts, validate cheques, and detect counterfeit currency
• Maintain accurate daily cash balance and ensure timely vault replenishment
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and internal operational policies

Requirements

• HND qualification or B.Sc Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 0 - 2 years experience in cash handling or teller operations (fresh graduates may apply)
• Strong numeracy, integrity, and attention to detail
