An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Summary - The Teller will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling cash transactions with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. - The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service, strong numerical skills, and adherence to internal control processes. Key Responsibilities - Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other over-the-counter transactions. - Verify cash amounts, validate cheques, and detect counterfeit currency. - Maintain accurate daily cash balance and ensure timely vault replenishment. - Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary. - Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and internal operational policies. Requirements - HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. - 0 - 2 years experience in cash handling or teller operations (fresh graduates may apply). - Strong numeracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
