## Title: Telesales Representative - Retail/E-Commerce

About the Role

Getfit Technologies is seeking dynamic and motivated Telesales Representatives to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will engage with customers and potential leads through cold calls and customer service support, promoting and selling products and services within the retail and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to potential clients to promote company products and services
  • Engage with customers and potential leads to educate them about products and services
  • Proactively approach customers in partner retail stores and initiate conversations to understand their device financing needs
  • Sell company products and services through assigned work platforms
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of company products to answer customer questions and provide informed recommendations
  • Collaborate with retail store staff to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
  • Interact with customers face-to-face and via social media platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and application status in the management system
  • Process customer accounts and file documents appropriately
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and provide insights for improving sales effectiveness

Performance Targets

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis
  • Proactively seek opportunities to maximize sales and revenue generation
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to influence customer decision-making and drive sales growth
