## Title: Telesales Representative

About the Role

Getfit Technologies is seeking dynamic and motivated Telesales Representatives to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will engage with customers and potential leads through cold calls, follow-up communications, and in-person interactions to promote and sell products and services within the retail and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to potential clients to generate sales opportunities
  • Engage with customers and potential leads to educate them about company products and services
  • Proactively approach customers in partner retail stores and initiate conversations to understand their device financing needs
  • Sell company products and services across assigned work platforms
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services to answer customer questions effectively
  • Collaborate with retail store staff to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
  • Interact with customers face-to-face and via social media platforms
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and provide feedback to improve sales effectiveness

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly
  • Proactively seek opportunities to maximize sales and revenue generation
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to influence customer decision-making and drive sales growth
