About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this telesales position based in Agidingbi, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone
• Ask strategic questions to engage customers and maintain conversation flow
• Listen to customer needs to generate repeat sales and build relationships
• Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and product reactions
• Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new offerings
• Answer customer questions regarding products and services
• Meet and exceed sales quotas

Required Qualifications

• Minimum OND, B.Sc, or HND qualification
