## Title: Telesales and Customer Service Representative
About the Role
Pennylander Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Telesales Representative to join our team in Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound communications while delivering exceptional customer support and driving sales for our Public Sector loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone communications to foster customer relationships
- Make sales calls and meet sales targets for Public Sector loan products
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Deliver a positive customer service experience across all interactions
- Manage day-to-day customer service tasks independently and collaboratively
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc., HND, or OND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Telesales
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (required)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (required)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required)
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service in a financial institution or Fintech company (required)
Essential Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer satisfaction focus and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
Compensation
Monthly Salary: N150,000
