## Title: Telemarketer – Spa & Salon Services

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and persuasive Telemarketer to join our spa and salon team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into bookings. This role requires a confident communicator who can work independently, demonstrate strong professional ethics, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets while upholding the company's values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to promote spa and salon services
  • Present and explain products, service packages, and ongoing promotions persuasively
  • Maintain positive client relationships, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Meet and exceed monthly call and sales conversion targets
  • Keep detailed records of calls, responses, and sales using Microsoft Office or CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the front desk and marketing team to develop campaigns and follow up on client feedback
  • Handle client objections professionally and provide accurate information about treatments and offers
  • Demonstrate initiative and work independently without requiring micromanagement
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions
  • Display professionalism, respect, and integrity in all communications with clients, colleagues, and management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 1–3 years' experience as a telemarketer, customer service representative, or sales agent
  • Experience in the beauty, spa, or hospitality industry is an advantage

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive sales skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic CRM or data entry tool capabilities
  • Strong marketing, convincing, and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
