Technology Specialist

About the Role - We are seeking an experienced Huawei Technology Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing secure Huawei-based network infrastructures while ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with organizational security standards. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage Inter-VLAN routing to support scalable and efficient network segmentation. - Implement DHCP and ARP spoofing prevention mechanisms to maintain network integrity and protect against malicious activity. - Apply network hardening best practices across Huawei switches, routers, and access points. - Design and enforce SSID segmentation and differentiation to optimize wireless network performance and security. - Deploy and maintain access controls aligned with the Principle of Least Privilege (POLP). - Configure and maintain Access Control Lists (ACLs) to limit access and secure network resources. - Perform firmware upgrades, tuning, and optimization of Huawei switches and access points. - Implement and manage WPA2-Enterprise authentication, including integration with RADIUS or directory services. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise networking with a focus on Huawei technologies. - Strong understanding of network security, routing, switching, and wireless protocols. - Huawei certifications (e.g., HCIA/HCIP/HCIE) are an advantage.
