Technology Lead / Manager at Strivo Labs

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager / Lead to oversee our Software Engineering, Business Analysis, and Product Management teams — both internally and across client engagements.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional technology teams — including software engineers, business analysts, and product managers — ensuring excellence in delivery and performance
• Oversee end-to-end technical execution for internal and client projects, from planning and architecture to deployment and optimization
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, efficient, and innovative technical solutions
• Define and implement best practices for development, documentation, testing, and deployment
• Drive alignment between technology, product, and business strategies to ensure consistent delivery outcomes
• Assess project risks, manage dependencies, and provide technical leadership in resolving complex challenges
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of technical talent
• Identify and recommend modern tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance team productivity and innovation
• Ensure projects meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years' experience in software development, product delivery, or technology management — preferably in a consulting, fintech, or digital transformation environment
• Proven experience leading or coordinating engineering, business analysis, and product management functions
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile delivery, and modern technical project management frameworks
• Hands-on technical expertise in areas such as backend/frontend development, cloud systems, or DevOps
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
