We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Description / Responsibilities - Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and general facilities. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing installations, HVAC units, and other hotel equipment. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments and guests. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel maintenance standards. - Assist in installation, upgrading, and renovation projects as required. - Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend cost-effective solutions. Job Specification / Requirements - Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. - Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues efficiently. - Knowledge of safety standards and procedures. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions.
