About the Role

Balosh Integrated Services Limited is seeking a qualified Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support for access control systems, working directly with clients to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and configuration of access control systems, including hardware setup, software integration, and network configuration
• Collaborate with clients to customize access control settings according to their specific needs
• Test installed systems to ensure functionality and performance meet required standards
• Perform routine maintenance on access control systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems by applying technical expertise
• Provide on-site support for installations, configurations, and repairs

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience with access control systems
• Knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting access control hardware and software
• Understanding of networking concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Location Requirements

Candidates must reside in Ibadan.
