## Title: Technical Sales Manager – Electrical Field Instruments

Position Overview

Hobark International Limited (HIL) is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong expertise in Electrical Field Instruments sales within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and providing technical sales leadership across assigned accounts and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for electrical field instrumentation products
  • Manage and grow relationships with oil & gas clients, EPCs, and system integrators
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead contract negotiations
  • Provide technical support and product presentations to clients
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of proven experience in Electrical Field Instruments sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation products
  • Demonstrated success in B2B technical sales and key account management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is an advantage)
