Key Responsibilities

Product Management

• Oversee technical performance and quality control for FHIL products
• Prepare and update product data sheets, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), and technical documentation

Sales Pipeline Oversight

• Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports

Market & Strategy Support

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure product availability

Coordination & Compliance

• Liaise with internal teams to align product, sales, and operational goals
• Ensure importation, blending, and distribution processes meet technical and safety requirements
• Maintain technical documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory checks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Proven experience in the same role
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and deliver measurable operational results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fuel additives, lubricants, or industrial process management
