A candidate for Technical Officer in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building, or Architectural fields should possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Upper Credit, or an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with a minimum of Upper Credit, in the relevant engineering or technical field. If holding an HND, a minimum of Three (3) years of post-qualification practical experience is required; if holding an OND, a minimum of Five (5) years of post-qualification practical experience is necessary. This role also requires a Trade Test Certificate Grade I or II in the specialized area and essential computer literacy with relevant technical software.
