Technical Manager at Artee Group

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Technical Manager. You will oversee the management of mall and residential complexes, ensuring optimal operations across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mall and residential complexes, coordinating utilities, machinery, manpower allocation, and overall operations and security monitoring
• Maintain manpower reports, weekly reports, and other documentation
• Coordinate with local vendors and technical service providers
• Monitor daily activities and help desk operations
• Liaise with client facilitators to provide high-class facility management
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and certify bills for contractors in coordination with the in-house engineering team
• Implement process enhancements and quality control techniques
• Manage Building Management Systems (BMS) and interface with HVAC, firefighting, electrical switchgear, and other utilities
• Maintain HT and LT equipment, diesel generator sets, power transformers, and HT and LT panels
• Oversee HVAC chiller plants, VRV systems, AHUs, FAUs, chiller pumps with VFD, and cold rooms of various capacities
• Monitor mechanical installations including sewage treatment plants (STP) and water treatment plants (WTP)
• Manage industrial kitchen extraction systems, cold rooms, and refrigeration equipment
• Maintain plumbing systems, treatment plants, ring mains, booster pumps, transfer pumps, sump pumps, and WTP equipment
• Maintain firefighting systems including sprinklers, hose reels, wet risers, and fire pumps (diesel, jockey, and electric) in compliance with government regulations and standards
• Coordinate CCTV, PA systems, access control, and video door phone systems
• Manage diesel procurement, receiving, and monitoring
• Conduct energy audits and monitor consumption
• Manage power plant operations, gensets, and coordination with the local grid
• Liaise with local authorities regarding power supply and general maintenance
• Oversee building maintenance, finishing works, and waterproofing

Required Skills & Qualities

• Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) and facility operations
• Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Experience with firefighting systems and compliance with government standards
• Knowledge of industrial kitchen extraction and refrigeration equipment
• Effective communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational abilities
