Technical Business Analyst at Strivo Labs

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure successful implementation for both internal products and client solutions.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and system analysis
• Translate business requirements into detailed BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams
• Evaluate existing systems, tools, and data structures to recommend improvements or automation opportunities
• Work closely with the product, engineering, and AI/automation teams to define product scope

Technical Documentation

• Create documentation including system architecture outlines, data flow diagrams, API requirements, acceptance criteria, and compliance/security documents
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure version control

Senior Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for internal SaaS products (including the AI Agent Suite Platform) and client automation/technical transformation projects
• Own project planning, timelines, sprints, and reporting
• Run daily standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder sessions
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, and resource needs
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation
• Provide weekly project updates, status reports, and executive summaries
