Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure successful implementation for both internal products and client solutions.

Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and system analysis
- Translate business requirements into detailed BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams
- Evaluate existing systems, tools, and data structures to recommend improvements or automation opportunities
- Work closely with the product, engineering, and AI/automation teams to define product scope
Technical Documentation
- Create documentation including system architecture outlines, data flow diagrams, API requirements, acceptance criteria, and compliance/security documents
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure version control
Senior Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for internal SaaS products (including the AI Agent Suite Platform) and client automation/technical transformation projects
- Own project planning, timelines, sprints, and reporting
- Run daily standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder sessions
- Identify and manage risks, blockers, and resource needs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation
- Provide weekly project updates, status reports, and executive summaries
