Required Qualifications: & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM tools and business analytics software is a plus.
