Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead, Collaboration Engineer to lead presales activities involving collaboration solutions, including solution architecting and technology sales deliverables. You will coordinate your team's activities, ensure bids and solution inquiries are addressed within committed timelines, and position the company for success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all presales activities including solution architecting and technology sales for collaboration solutions
• Direct the team to support sales in achieving company technology financial targets
• Ensure cost-effective, high-quality solutions are proposed to customers that meet their business outcomes
• Manage relationships and partnerships with OEMs, vendors, and distributors
• Coordinate submission of bids and solutions to sales account managers and executives
• Plan and deliver technology workshops to customers to generate business opportunities
• Provide technical support to sales and implementation teams during new business review
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and global partners to drive solution adoption and loyalty
• Advise the business on evolving technologies based on market trends and customer requests
• Drive OEM, vendor, and distributor engagement to ensure appropriate partnership levels
• Lead and develop the team according to market needs and global technology trends
• Meet financial targets for your area of responsibility
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the organization
