Job Summary

The Team Lead will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the branch. This includes driving sales growth, acquiring customers, optimizing operational efficiency, supervising staff, and representing the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and customer acquisition across printing and media services
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure service excellence
• Supervise, motivate, and evaluate branch staff performance
• Manage branch finances, job costing, and expense control
• Ensure quality control of all print and media jobs
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and institutions
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 5–8 years' experience in printing, media, advertising, sales, or service-based businesses
• Proven experience managing a branch, business unit, or operations team
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer management skills
• Good understanding of printing services, branding, or media operations (advantageous)
