Teaching Supervisor

About the Role We are seeking dedicated and experienced Teaching Supervisors to oversee classroom instruction, monitor teaching quality, and evaluate teacher performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educational excellence, teacher development, and student success. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise classroom teaching to ensure curriculum standards are met - Monitor lesson delivery, instructional methods, and classroom management - Conduct teacher performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback - Support professional development through coaching and mentoring - Prepare supervision reports and recommend improvements where necessary - Ensure compliance with school academic policies and procedures Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage) - Minimum of 3 years teaching experience; supervisory experience is a plus - Strong understanding of pedagogy and classroom management strategies - Excellent observation, evaluation, and reporting skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - High level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership What We Offer - Opportunity to make meaningful impact in education - Collaborative and mission-driven work environment - Professional growth and development opportunities
