Cifman College is seeking qualified teachers with expertise in Physics, Agricultural Science, or Chemistry to join our educational team. Key Responsibilities

• Understand curriculum requirements and create syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that meet these standards
• Analyze students' needs, strengths, and weaknesses to structure lessons and assessments accordingly
• Adjust teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and groups of learners
• Incorporate social skill development into class activities and learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• N.C.E, HND, BSc, or Master's degree in Physics, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience preparing students in private schools for external examinations (SSCE, JSCE)
• Demonstrated understanding and practical application of 21st-century teaching techniques in classroom and blended learning environments
• Strong social and interpersonal skills essential for effective school community engagement
