Some of the teachers' responsibilities include adopting 21st-century techniques in preparing stimulating lesson plans, identifying and analyzing students' learning needs, and assessing students' understanding Subject - Economics - Government - Account - Physical Health Education - Chemistry - Geography - IRK Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: - Understanding curriculum requirements, and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements. - Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them. - Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners. - Incorporating social skill learning into the learners' class activities. Requirements: - N.C.E, HND, BSC, or master's degree in the field or any other related discipline - Relevant experience in preparing students in private schools, for external examinations (SSCE, JSCE). - Applicable understanding of the use of 21st-century teaching techniques in or out of the classroom. - Essential social and interpersonal skills required within the school community.
