Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax operations and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws. The ideal candidate is a tax and accounting expert with strong analytical abilities, deep attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing risk and optimizing processes.
In this role, you will oversee the preparation and timely filing of all corporate tax returns, develop and implement effective tax strategies, and lead the tax team toward enhanced operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with the accounting, finance, and executive leadership teams to support business decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Facilitate, prepare, and manage the review of all company federal tax returns and ensure accurate, timely filing of all tax forms
- Oversee the preparation and submission of consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns, along with other regulatory business filings
- Develop and maintain systems and internal controls that guarantee accurate tax reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor tax compliance metrics to ensure deadlines and accuracy targets are consistently met
Tax Planning & Advisory
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic tax planning initiatives for federal and state taxes to optimize tax efficiency
- Provide tax-related insights and recommendations to internal leadership on business decisions, new projects, and corporate initiatives
- Evaluate potential tax implications of organizational decisions and initiatives
