Position Overview: - We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Tailors / Seamstresses to join its production team. - The ideal candidates will be responsible for sewing, altering, and finishing garments according to required specifications while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Sew garments and fabric materials according to specifications - Operate industrial or manual sewing machines efficiently - Cut, measure, and assemble fabric pieces - Perform alterations and finishing work - Ensure neatness, accuracy, and quality in all products - Maintain cleanliness of work area and sewing equipment - Meet daily production targets Requirements: & Qualifications - Candidates should possess an FSLC / SSCE qualification with 0-5 years experience - Proven tailoring or sewing experience - Ability to operate sewing machines (industrial machines preferred) - Good understanding of measurements and garment finishing - Attention to detail and quality control - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Added Advantage: - Experience in uniform or bulk garment production - Ability to cut patterns - Speed and efficiency in meeting production deadlines Benefits: - Competitive salary - Stable employment - Supportive work environment - Opportunity for skill development
