System Administrator – iVend Expert at Kaplo Africa

About the Role

Our client, a reputable national pharmacy in Ikeja, is urgently seeking a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented System Administrator with strong expertise in iVend to manage, optimize, and secure their technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all IT systems, networks, and hardware
• Provide expert support and administration of iVend POS, inventory, and retail management systems
• Ensure system uptime, data integrity, backups, and smooth store operations
• Monitor IT performance, implement upgrades, and enforce security best practices
• Provide quick, accurate technical support to staff and resolve system issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably in retail or pharmacy environments
• Strong proficiency in iVend (POS, store operations, inventory, integrations)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
• Proactive, reliable, and able to resume immediately
