## Title: Support Services Analyst III

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Support Services Analyst III position. This role performs a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server, and desktop computer systems and networks. The position requires minimal work direction, with a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional, typically holding relevant professional certifications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT service contractors delivering essential end-user computing support (hardware and operating systems), audio visual systems, printing support, mobile phones, and IT stockroom management across affiliate locations (onshore and offshore)
  • Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies
  • Configure and install computer hardware and software
  • Manage inventory control of IT equipment and supplies
  • Upgrade hardware and software components
  • Maintain IT hardware asset and software tracking
  • Monitor and collect data on system performance

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in similar roles
  • Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software, and network communication protocols
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional technical certification preferred
