Supply Chain Manager (QSR) at Uncle Stan's Foods

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our expanding team at Uncle Stan's Foods. In this role, you will oversee every stage of our organization's supply chain, from purchasing raw materials through production, storage, and distribution to our various outlets. You will ensure products arrive at precisely the right time, coordinate storage to prevent loss or damage, and maintain the seamless flow of operations across our complex supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy
• Support supply chain capabilities across procurement, sourcing, demand planning, storage, distribution, logistics, replenishment, and inventory management
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to optimize performance
• Analyze data from procurement and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and operational issues
• Evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor logistics operations to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain accurate supply chain inventory records and documentation
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Resolve supply chain issues as they arise
• Develop and implement safety guidelines across all supply chain operations
• Ensure supply chain processes comply with all legal requirements and industry standards
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure profitable agreements
• Guarantee product availability across all restaurant locations
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Train and guide team members on supply chain procedures and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Proficiency with relevant supply chain software and management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
