Key Responsibilities

• Oversee women-oriented programmes and initiatives
• Manage day-to-day operations of the women affairs department
• Provide leadership and supervision to team members

Requirements

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent qualification (minimum)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in women-oriented programmes or similar institutions
• Knowledge of office administration and personnel management (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
